House Rules
There will be no visitors at 12 Palm Avenue, Umtentweni.
Guests should be aware that the property is on a septic system and that only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet.
There will be no parties or excessive noise allowed.
Each guest will be required to sign a full inventory and house rules.
Guests are responsible for any damages and must report any problems to Eric.
No smoking is permitted in any part of the house. Outside smoking is permitted.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
