Pleasant, but could do with a bit of a refresher.

Very nice facilities and sweet staff but the hotel needs a facelift. It's looking a bit tired. The wood is peeling and the towels are a bit worn.

Hotel maak 'n gunstige indruk.

Die kamer en fasiliteite in die kamer is puik. Ek het verwag dat die ontbyt die volgende oggend net so uitstaande gaan wees. Ontbyt het nie heeltemal aan die verwagting voldoen nie. Sal egter weer van die Parkwood Hotel gebruik maak.
