Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The breakage deposit is refundable 7 days after the check-out date, provided everything in the unit is in order.

If guests would like to check in later, they must please make prior arrangements.

Additional fees will be charged in the following situations:

If guests smoke in the unit.
If dishes are not washed before departure.
If guests leave the unit unlocked.
If guests do not return the keys at check-out.
If guests arrive after check-in time.
If more than the confirmed number of guests stay in the unit.
For spills and stains on furniture and carpets.
If pets are in the unit without permission.
For any breakages or missing items.
Any noise or disturbances leading to complaints from neighbours.
If guests mix inventory from different units, e.g. cutlery, crockery, etc.
