House Rules – Rooiberg Lodge
To ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly request that you observe the following house rules:
Restaurant hours:
Breakfast: 08:00 - 11:00
Lunch: 12h00 - 17h00
Dinner: 18h00 - 2000 (Booking essential)
Check-in and check-out times must be observed unless prior arrangements have been made. Guests are requested to respect the peaceful nature of the lodge and the surrounding reserve, with quiet hours observed from 22:00 to 06:00.
As Rooiberg Lodge is located within a nature reserve, guests may not feed or disturb wildlife and must remain within designated areas. Smoking is not permitted inside any accommodation units and is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Any loss or damage to lodge property may be charged to the guest.
Swimming and outdoor activities are undertaken at guests’ own risk, and children must be supervised at all times. Responsible use of water and electricity is encouraged, as the lodge is supplied by natural spring water.
