I am just going to be honest and say this is undoubtedly my worst booking.

I am just going to be honest and say this is undoubtedly the worst booking I have ever made. I would highly advise against booking this place. The security is arrogant, and the host is also very unprofessional. They literally switched off electricity in the apartment I was staying in for more than 12 hours because I brought a guest in 40 minutes after curfew (10 pm). I had to spend the whole morning mopping water from the fridge. We waited for over an hour to check in because they hadn't captured our details on the system.

Aircon not working. Washing machine not working. Apartment 212 really needs fumigation, a lot of cockroaches.

Unpleasant.

The check-in procedure was terrible. I think the host or agent did not alert the cleaners or security to my arrival, even though I sent through all my paperwork 24 hours ahead of my stay. The apartment was not clean, particularly the oven and stove. There was broken glass in the living room rug. I think there might have been dust mites in the apartment as well. The noise at street level is horrendous, especially when the generators kick in, and it's difficult to sleep.

Eertens, ek sal weer hier oorbly. Ek wil net noem, hierdie is 'n woonstelblok. Daar is dus nie 'n ontvangs nie, sekuriteit ontvang jou en jy moet self vir Peter bel sodat hy met hulle kan reël vir toegang.
