Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

Guests should please bring along their own beach towels.

For bookings less than 14 days, linen can be changed on request and at an additional cost.

Linen and towels are changed during the stay if guests have booked more than 14 days.

Please note, this house is not suitable for parties, matric rages, or unsupervised people under the age of 25.

Subletting of the premises is not allowed and guests may be asked to vacate the premises if they fail to adhere to this rule.

A refundable breakage- and key deposit is applicable. This fee is not included in the quote that will be sent to guests but will be charged on confirmation of the booking. Guests will receive an invoice as soon as the booking is confirmed with separate banking details for this payment.
The key- and breakage deposit will be refunded via EFT within 7 days after departure given that the apartment is left in the same state as it was found.

All outstanding payments must be fully paid up 2 weeks before the check-in date.

No-shows or early departures: Guests are responsible for the full booking amount.

Bookings that aren't taken up within 24 hours of the check-in date will be made available again without the right to a refund.

No matriculants, students or children under the age of 25 without supervision are allowed.

No subletting allowed. Guests will be asked to leave the premises should this occur.
