Identification: All guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in.
Guest limit: Maximum of 2 guests per unit, including children and infants.
Keys: Only the identified booking guest will receive keys.
Check-in: Late arrivals after 19:30 without prior communication will be regarded as a “no show.” Late check-ins should be pre-arranged.
Furniture and equipment: Guests may not remove or rearrange furniture. Bicycles, gym equipment, surfboards, roller blades, wetsuits, skateboards, and kiteboards are not allowed in the unit.
Storage: Only standard luggage is permitted. For additional items, guests must pre-arrange storage with management.
Optional extras: Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement. Breakfast and other services can also be provided by prior arrangement.
