Late arrivals after 19:30 without prior communication will be regarded as a no-show; late check-ins must be pre-arranged.
Guests may not remove or rearrange furniture.
Bicycles, gym equipment, surfboards, roller blades, wetsuits, skateboards, and kiteboards are not allowed in the unit.
Only standard luggage is permitted; additional storage must be pre-arranged with management.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
Breakfast and other services may be provided by prior arrangement at an additional cost.
