Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Policies may change without prior notice. By accepting a booking, guests agree to adhere to all terms of use of the property. Please request more information on the detailed house rules and pet policy.
Guests under the age of 21 must be supervised by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.
Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment.
Only charcoal or briquette fires are permitted; wood fires are not allowed.
The maximum number of guests at Sea-renity is 4. Blow-up mattresses or additional sleeping arrangements are not permitted.
Day visitors are not allowed.
Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited.
Guests staying longer than 7 nights receive a complimentary linen change. Additional linen changes are available on request.
Bath towels are provided (2 per person); guests must bring their own swimming or beach towels.
Cleaning services are available on request for selected days; cleaning does not include linen changes.
Dogs are welcome if healthy and free of ticks or fleas. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must sleep inside with their own bedding and bowls. Dogs may not be left alone in the apartment when guests go out. Pets should not be left alone for more than 90 minutes during the day or after 21:00 at night.
Cancellation policies apply. Assistance may be provided to postpone a holiday due to inter-provincial travel restrictions, subject to availability and applicable dates. Beach closures are not covered.
Once a booking is confirmed, a detailed list of house rules and the pet policy will be shared with guests.
Guests are expected to leave the unit in an acceptable condition; additional cleaning fees may apply if the unit is left in an unacceptable state.
