The kids loved it so much spce to play. And the parents had room to breathe. Staff were friendly, check-in was smooth, and the whole stay felt peaceful and comfortable. We were a big group, with kids and toddlers couldn't have asked for a better setup. The house was stunning and so well laid out that everyone had their own space.

Fantastic getaway close to home. Had a wonderful time at Seasons resort. Loved all the activities and that you can walk to everything, no need to use a vehicle whilst there. Food at the restaurant was fabulous. The staff are all super friendly and helpful.

Amazing family holiday. Beautiful chalets. Clean, spacious and has everything you need. So many activities for kids and adults. Shop on site. Restaurants and bars. The highlight was the animals being so close to the balcony of the chalet.

Brilliant, stunning establishment. The rooms are very clean; however, I would prefer air-conditioned rooms. Showers are clean, but the shower head was horrible and broken. Other than that, the service was exceptionally good.

Not again! Alles was skoon en netjies. Ons was letterlik die enigste blanke kuiergaste op die oord. Ons moes teen 19:00 ons TV harder sit om nie die geraas van bure (meer as 1 eenheid) te kon hoor wat drink, musiek speel en hard skree of praat nie. Ons sal beslis nie weer besoek nie.

Geagte Suzette, Dankie vir u terugvoer oor u onlangse verblyf by die oord. Dit word verstaan dat die eenheid skoon en netjies was en dat die algehele graderings vir waarde vir geld, kliëntediens, netheid, ligging en sekuriteit bevredigend was. Dit word verder verstaan dat geraassteurnisse van naburige eenhede gedurende die aand u ervaring beïnvloed het, wat daartoe gelei het dat die TV harder gesit moes word, en dat dit tot ontevredenheid met die algehele verblyf gelei het. Klientediens gemiddeld. Geen sleutel vir eenheid. Stoepdak het vreeslik gelek. Die inteken tyd van 16:00 is problematies. Ons het al voor 8 die oggend gholf begin speel en moes vir 4 ure daarna rondhang voordat ons toegang verkry het. Tenspyte van die feit dat ek die vorige dag geskakel het en versoek het of ons ten minste teen 14:00 kon ingaan - soos die normale praktyk by die meeste ander oorde is.

Dit word verstaan dat netheid, ligging en sekuriteit positief beoordeel is, maar dat kliëntediens en waarde vir geld nie aan verwagtinge voldoen het nie, en dat die laat inteken tyd van 16:00 ongerieflik was nadat u reeds vroeg die oggend begin gholf speel het en nie vroeër toegang verkry het nie, ten spyte van ’n versoek daarvoor; daar is ook opgemerk dat geen sleutel by aankoms beskikbaar was nie en dat die stoepdak tydens u verblyf gelek het. Die terugvoer is met die relevante spanne gedeel vir interne hersiening en aandag. Vriendelike groete, Oord Bestuur.

Needs lots of improvement. The place is lovely in terms of location. We love animals, and you certainly feel at one with nature. We booked a superior villa for two nights. There are, however, some things that require attention. There were cockroaches coming out of the cupboards in the kitchen. Of course, that meant none of us wanted to eat there, and we were grossed out the entire weekend. Secondly, people were playing music throughout the night and laughing very loudly as well. Nevertheless, the upstairs bedroom was clean, and the bathroom was lovely. However, in the downstairs area, there were cobwebs in the shower, and water kept pooling, which is obviously unpleasant. We had to call maintenance to fix the Wi-Fi as soon as we arrived and then to unclog the sink drains the next morning. We had breakfast at the restaurant, and it was underwhelming. The chips were dry. However, they did make an arrangement for those of us who do not eat meat, and for that I am grateful. I do love this place, and I cannot fault everything, as you can see. The spa was lovely, and the hydropool was amazing, so I would like to come back. Please pay attention to what is needed. There is so much potential here, and it has everything in one place, which is lovely, but certain things need to be worked on. Please also take note that the spiral staircase is a lawsuit waiting to happen. It is steep and dangerous, and there is only one railing. One could fall off the left side. My husband and I had to take the upstairs bedroom, even though I wanted my parents to use it. There was no way I was going to let them risk that staircase. This was definitely not like the pictures. It looks like we had a completely different villa altogether.
