Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R600 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For convenience, bedding is provided and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
Guests, please need to bring their own braai wood. A grill, triangles, and a black pot are provided.
Please note, that sections of the units are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
DStv is included, as well as uncapped WiFi with a limited speed.
Guests must please bring their own backup lights in case of load shedding.
Additional guests that comes to visit for a day needs to be arranged before hand. We wish that all guests enjoy there stay but also comply with the municipality rules.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. The property is partially fenced, allowing pets to move around safely; there is no grass, only paving. Owners are expected to please clean up after their pets and leave the yard clean as it was found. A maximum of two dogs per booking can be accommodated.
Please note that these units are only available together as a whole during the Easter and December holidays and discounts will be given.
The host always tries to limit bookings to one group at a time so that sharing areas is never uncomfortable. Please feel free to ask about this when making your inquiry.
