Great affordable accommodation with friendly staff. Had an amazing stay, was such a lush location. We really enjoyed the pool area and the unit we stayed in (Ubuntu) was so well equipped. Fantastic staff that are so friendly.

Awfull. Shangrila Inibos Country Lodge is the worst place I have ever stayed in. The geysers did not work, the drain was blocked, and the cutlery was dirty—I had to wash it before our very first meal. The list goes on. On top of that, when we tried to complain, the management ignored us. I don’t think the website has a handle on their suppliers here either.

Peaceful. It was great, the staff and host are very friendly. They checked up on us and kept us in the loop. Unfortunately, we couldn't have breakfast as the chef was not okay, but they informed us and apologised for that. It is indeed a good place to come and relax away from the busy city life.
