House Rules
Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00, with early check-in or late check-out available on request and subject to availability. The maximum number of guests per booking must be respected, and no additional overnight guests are permitted without prior approval.
The property is a peaceful estate, so parties and events are strictly not allowed, and guests are asked to maintain quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00, avoiding loud music or disturbances. Smoking is not allowed inside the house but is permitted outdoors. Pets are not allowed.
Guests are expected to treat the home and its contents with care, reporting any damages or breakages promptly, as they may be held responsible for any loss. Before entering the house from the beach, please rinse off sand and take care not to bring sand onto furniture or bedding. Bath towels should not be used at the beach, so guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
Parking is only allowed in designated areas, and all doors and windows should be locked when leaving, as the owners are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Refuse should be disposed of in the designated bins.
