Hidden gem, peaceful escape, starry skies, thoughtful touches. How did we not know about this place? A true hidden gem. We loved every minute of our stay. The location is unbeatable for a quiet, peaceful escape, and the starry skies at night were unforgettable, especially from the hammocks or outdoor bath. The accommodation is incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful attention to the small details that make all the difference. The host was also really lovely, making the experience feel even more special. A place we’d happily return to.

Truly wonderful. Absolutely loved the cottage and location. Very well decked out and so tastefully furnished. I do feel it's a tad on the pricy side. It's a bit cheeky to ask for a R250 cleaning fee with those sorts of rates. We really appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, it was delicious.

Hi Sally I am so glad that you enjoyed the solitude and the atmosphere of the cottage; we aim to make your stay memorable. I value feedback greatly. Guests are under no obligation to leave a cleaning tip, as stated in the information. It is merely to thank the staff. The cottage can sleep 6 guests, which reduces the fee per day. The rates at the cottage haven't been increased in the past 3 years, even though everything supplied in the cottage has more than doubled in price. We hope you will return soon!

Heaven on earth. The perfect getaway with our 2 fur babies Rex & Tux. Absolutely what we needed, off grid, no noise, just the pure beauty around us. The cottage was absolutely amazing. Emmarie definitely went above and beyond with all the little things. Our fur babies absolutely loved it that they could run free and not be on a leash the whole time. Can only highly recommend Snyderskloof.

Awesome, memories. Awesome, everything was perfect. Very clean and everything you need is there, rusks and heart cookies on the lovely fluffy towels. We watched the satellites passing over and the ️ moon. Well worth spending time under the stars, definitely going again soon.

Heerlike Karoo wegbreuk. Ons het heerlik gebly, en dadelik tuis gevoel toe ons by die huis aankom. Die omgewing is pragtig en die huis is so goed toegerus. Ons het veral die hangmatte voor die huis geniet! Die stilte en uitsigte was onverbeterlik; ons sal graag eendag weer wil kom kuier.

Amazing! Dit was 'n goeie afsluiting van ons 26 dae vakansie. Dit was goed om te herlaai voordat ons weer by die huis kom. Alles was net heerlik. Sal definitief weer gaan kuier.

Baie dankie Marianne, ek is bly dat julle lekker gekuier het in die Karoo se stilte, onder die sterre. Ons sien uit daarna om julle terug te verwelkom. Laat weet as die sterre roep!

Rus vir jou siel in mooiste omgewing. Pragtige dekor en kwaliteit linne. Ekstra gasverwarming het baie gehelp tydens die koue.
