Die studio is apart van die kothuis maar op dieselfde perseel geleë. Die eenheid beskik oor sy eie en-suite badkamer met 'n stort, toilet en wasbak. Daar is 'n 3/4 bed, lessenaartjie/tafel en stoel en hang- en rakplek asook 'n verhit-en-eet stasie met 'n mikrogolfoond, ketel en kroegyskas. 'n Slim-tv, gratis WiFi en sonpanele wat help met beurtkrag is geïnstaleer. 'n Draagbare waaier en verwarmer is beskikbaar. Die kompakte eenheid is splinternuut geverf, netjies ingerig en silwerskoon. Daar is 'n glasskuifdeur met veiligheidshek wat oopmaak op 'n stoepie met 'n uitsig oor die tuin. Die studio is ideaal vir enkelreisigers of kan saam met die kothuis vir 'n geselskap van 2 of 3 mense bespreek word. Twee enkelreisigers wat elkeen hul eie spasie verkies kan die eenhede ook apart bespreek. Eetgerei, beddegoed en handoeke word voorsien asook n koffie- en teeskinkbord. Ontbyt en aandetes is op vooraf versoek teen ekstra koste beskikbaar. Daar is 'n heerlike tuin met groot bome en 'n ryk voëllewe. Dis rustig, maar alles is naby, talle winkels,, wasgoeddienste, Wonderboom Lughawe, Montana Hospitaal, Kolonnade en vele ander sentrums. Ons is 'n klipgooi van die N1 en N4-afritte. Die 2 eienaars en hul 2 katte woon op die perseel in die aparte hoofhuis.
