A thoughtful host and a beautiful hideaway spot. I enjoyed my stay; it was beautiful. The unit is clean and well kept, and the bedding was clean and smelled good. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the caretaker who looked after us the entire weekend. The kitchen has everything you can think of: plates, bowls, modern glassware, and non-stick pots, as well as a gas stove. Bring your own tea/coffee, sugar, and creamer; it's not provided. The place is quiet and peaceful. The other two units were vacant, so we had the whole yard to ourselves. The pool was clean; I absolutely enjoyed the pool. We took a walk and saw some animals. Bring something for the mosquitoes; there are not a lot of them, but I just can't stand them, so even just one is enough to ruin my sleep. The shower is so spacious. The unit gives the impression of a thoughtful host who wants you to feel at home. The host was also available on WhatsApp and helpful throughout the entire stay.

Very relaxing. The setting is lovely, but definitely needs TLC. The cottage leaked really badly, both directly onto the bed and more so in the bathroom. Other than that, we had a good stay and enjoyed the braai and pool area.

Had so much fun. Great house, very peaceful. The host is super nice and the house is clean with everything you need. The swimming pool and boma are also great.

Rustige omgewing en goed toegerus. Diens was ook van goeie gehalte. Ja, ons het lekker gebly.

Rustige tyd weg in die bosveld van die stad af. Stonehouse @ Bentlys is 'n wonderlike rustige plekkie waar mens kan ontspan en afpak na 'n gejaagde week in die stad. Dit is die perfekte plekkie vir 'n vinnige wegbreek uit die stad met ongelooflike vriendelike en goeie kliëntediens!
