House Rules
Children under 13 years old and pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited.
All guests must be registered at least 24 hours before arrival by providing a clear copy or photo of a passport and a valid visa, if applicable.
Self check-in is not available; all arrivals must be checked in in person.
Late check-in fees apply: R250 after 18:00 and R450 after 22:00.
The apartment is in a residential building, so noise should be kept to a minimum.
No loud noise is allowed after 20:00, and complete quiet is expected after 22:00.
Smoking inside the apartment or building may result in a fine of up to R1,000 and possible eviction.
Only 2 people, including visitors, are allowed in the apartment at any time.
Overnight guests must be listed on the original booking.
Guests must sign a check-in form upon arrival to confirm acceptance of these rules.
Cleaning is included for stays longer than seven nights. For bookings of 28 nights or more, electricity is included up to R500 per month, with any excess billed to the guest.
