Amazing. It was lovely. The apartment was clean and spacious. It was within walking distance to the athletics stadium, which is where we needed to be. And I felt safe at all times.

Best holiday home for family. The place was absolutely amazing, a home away from home. Very homely, immaculate and accessible to amenities. We had a great stay.

Miscommunication but a nice stay. Upon arrival at the apartments, the very unfriendly security informed us, with a mouth full of pie, that we had to walk to a different location to check in. The friendly staff at the different location informed us that check-in is only between 14:00 and 15:00, which was miscommunicated by the website to be 14:00 to 19:00. Luckily, we were there at 14:00. When we checked in, they first had to confirm if the apartment was clean and ready — which it was not. We waited 15 minutes before the apartment was ready and we could go to our apartment. When checking in, we already had to specify the exact time that we would depart again for them to come and check the apartment for any breakages, which was not possible as we did not know the exact time we would be leaving. All in all, the stay was fine, but better communication would have made the experience much better.

Bad customer service. It was not so nice, just expected the pool to be open longer to swim. The people closed the pool at 8 pm. So I won't book again at that place. The people made us wait so long for the key; they did not even pick up when we called. Bad service.

We had a great stay. Beautiful apartment. Very secure. Prime location. Once the car was parked in the parking bay, we walked everywhere. From Seapoint Promenade to many nearby restaurants and shops. The swimming pool was a highlight.

Ontspannend en beslis waarde vir geld. Akkommodasie het ons verwagtinge oortref. Die bonus was die verwarmde handdoeke. Die personeellid wie ons vergesel het na die woonstel, het ons ekstra spesiaal laat voel. Ons sal beslis, wanneer moontlik, weer terugkeer na hierdie netjiese woonstel. Baie dankie.
