Enjoyable. The apartment was very neat and clean. Close to V&A. Not too much traffic. Will defnitely stay there again.

Amazing. It was lovely. The apartment was clean and spacious. It was within walking distance to the athletics stadium, which is where we needed to be. And I felt safe at all times.

Sentraal, netjies, veilig. Ons het baie lekker gebly. Die ontvangs en inboek is egter 'n uitdaging. Baie verwarrend. Terugbetalende deposito baie vreemd. Min inligting oor werking van die TV ens.

Miscommunication but a nice stay. Upon arrival at the apartments, the very unfriendly security informed us, with a mouth full of pie, that we had to walk to a different location to check in. The friendly staff at the different location informed us that check-in is only between 14:00 and 15:00, which was miscommunicated by the website to be 14:00 to 19:00. Luckily, we were there at 14:00. When we checked in, they first had to confirm if the apartment was clean and ready — which it was not. We waited 15 minutes before the apartment was ready and we could go to our apartment. When checking in, we already had to specify the exact time that we would depart again for them to come and check the apartment for any breakages, which was not possible as we did not know the exact time we would be leaving. All in all, the stay was fine, but better communication would have made the experience much better.
