House Rules
Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire from the host about the condition of the gravel road before booking.
No student groups are accommodated.
No smoking inside the house.
No additional unreserved guests allowed.
No tents or camping allowed on the lawn.
Fires may only be made in designated fireplaces.
All fires, inside and outside, must be fully extinguished before departure.
Guests are requested to respect the semi-rural environment and avoid any damage.
Pets are only permitted by prior arrangement.
The road to Malgas includes approximately 40 km of gravel road.
A slower driving speed is recommended.
A higher clearance vehicle is preferable.
No municipal refuse collection is available.
Guests are required to dispose of refuse at designated drop-off points.
Refuse removal can be arranged at an additional cost if requested in advance.
