Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R10000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm the booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and an estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable guest experience, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy allowing reasonable daily consumption. In cases of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250.00 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350.00 will apply.
