Description
Located in the main house, this Backpackers room can be accessed from the outside of the property. The room has been arranged to accommodate up to four guests and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. A bunk bed and a single bed have been provided, and a fourth person can be accommodated on an inflatable mattress with sheets or a sleeping bag. The main kitchen and cupboards have not been made available for guest use. A kitchenette has been equipped for guests, including shared fridge and freezer space. Any additional items required can be requested if not already provided in the kitchenette. Coffee, tea, water, and ice have been supplied on a first-day welcoming basis. Basic toiletries have also been provided. The fourth person accommodated on the mattress option must weigh 50 kg or less.

An extra service fee per bed per night will be charged should the bed usage extend further than booked, i.e. 1 person = 1 bed, 2 people = 2 beds, 3 people = 3 beds, 4 people = 4 beds. If 1 or 2 people disrupt more beds and linen than booked, this fee will be payable upon departure for as many beds x nights as the booking was for.
No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property. This includes burning incense, Hubbly pipes, and vaping.
The mattress on the floor is suitable for a person weighing no more than 50 kg.

This Studio Garden Unit has been fully furnished with a Cloud 9 queen-size bed and a single bed. A fourth person or child can be accommodated on an inflatable mattress with bedding or a sleeping bag. An en-suite bathroom has been provided, featuring a large shower, washbasin, and toilet. The unit has been equipped with a 4-seater breakfast table and a kitchenette that includes a large fridge, microwave, 2-plate stove, and all necessary cookware, cutlery, and crockery. Coffee, tea, water, and ice have been supplied on a first-day welcoming basis. Basic toiletries have also been provided for guest convenience.
