Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R7500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted without prior approval, and quiet hours must be observed after 22:00 due to the residential setting.
Smoking is not permitted indoors; outdoor areas may be used for smoking.
The maximum occupancy must not exceed the number confirmed in the booking (6–10 guests), and no unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Guests are kindly asked to respect neighbours at all times and keep noise levels reasonable.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool area.
Pets are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages incurred during their stay.
