House Rules

The property may only be used for residential holiday purposes.
A maximum of 6 guests may occupy the house at any time.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
No excessive noise is permitted after 22:00.
Fires may only be made in the designated boma area and must be fully extinguished before being left unattended.
Waste must be disposed of in the designated bins to avoid attracting wildlife.
Guests may not tamper with, adjust, move, or interfere with any gas installation or cylinders.
Any suspected gas leak or malfunction must be reported immediately. Gas appliances may not be used until the issue has been assessed.
No lifeguard is on duty. Use of the splash pool is at the guest’s own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times around the pool.
Guests are reminded that the property is located in a wildlife conservancy where wild animals roam freely.
Guests must remain vigilant at all times, especially at night, and avoid walking alone after dark.
Guests must activate the alarm system whenever leaving the property.
All doors and windows must be secured when leaving the property or retiring for the night.
Complimentary WiFi is provided for guest use.
Internet speed and stability may vary.
Air conditioners operate on a prepaid electricity meter.
Additional electricity usage is for the guest’s account.
All air conditioners must be switched off when leaving the property.
