Dear Hanno, Thank you for your feedback. The listing clearly states self-catering with a kitchenette, not a full kitchen, including the outdoor dishwashing setup. At this price, guests typically receive a room — you booked a private unit with garden access, specifically suited for pet-friendly stays, which should not be a basis for dissatisfaction. We have a 2-night minimum, yet accommodated your single night over a long weekend at a loss, as well as your last-minute change. I personally cleaned and prepared the unit, and you confirmed twice during your stay that everything was in order. The unit is presented with a white duvet and coordinated grey bedding, along with clean towels, and includes extra complimentary items — coffee, tea, milk, sugar (including diabetic-friendly), and sweets — provided to enhance your stay. We experienced your stay as very positive, which makes this review particularly surprising. This is also our first negative review, while we consistently receive 4.5–5 star ratings on other platforms. Please specify what was not clean, as no concerns were raised during your stay. It would also be helpful to understand what you did enjoy about your stay.
