Breakage Deposit

House Rules

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Guests are required to bring their own pet bedding. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture at any time.

If pets sleep inside the unit, the sliding door should be kept open during the day and at night to allow access to the enclosed garden. This arrangement is safe, provided that the entrance gate remains locked at all times.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and maintaining general cleanliness throughout their stay.

The unit is self-catering and self-cleaning during your stay. It is cleaned before arrival; however, no daily cleaning or servicing is provided.

We respect our guests’ privacy and do not enter the unit during your stay, unless it is absolutely necessary (e.g. emergency or pre-arranged access).
