We had an amazing time. The place was in very good condition, the food was amazing, safety was on point, we really appreciate the job well done by the GM. He was so helpful and he made our stay enjoyable; everything was well organised.

Overall pleasant and friendly staff. Our stay was pleasant. The property needs a bit of TLC. A few missing tiles/cracked tiles. Some doors need to be painted, the couch in the honeymoon suite is quite worn out. A few tiny stains on some of the white linen and towels. A good stay but attention to detail goes a long way. The breakfast buffet needs a lot of work. Not really on par with other 4-star hotel buffets out there.

Didn't stay long but was good. We had a nice stay, except that the toilet seat was completely loose and so was the faucet in the one bathroom sink. There was a stain on the sheet. We reported the toilet seat and faucet, but haven't heard anything back about it. Very nice there, but unfortunately the place looks like it doesn't get much attention in terms of maintenance.
