Fantastic experience - great for couples. I was told by a friend that this place was fantastic, so the expectation was reasonably high, and it didn't disappoint. Due to availability of dates, we ended up staying in three different units over the 4 days, so we got to experience quite a bit of the property. We stayed in the smaller unit (Pinotage) and two treehouse units, which were very similar. The braai facilities were good and the braai packs were very tasty. There is a large lawn for kids to play, a nice deck to have breakfast on while watching the springbok, and a very large pool to provide relief from the heat. The gin tasting was fun, and the spa was fantastic. It's around the corner from wine, champagne, and olive farms and only a few minutes from town. The two additional impressive things were the inclusive breakfasts (for treehouse bookings) and the service we received. All the staff were fantastically pleasant and very accommodating. I generally have a preference for single dwelling self-catering accommodation away from everyone, and although I would put this in the ‘resort’ type category, it really didn’t feel like it and still felt quite private, while having staff available to assist with your needs. I can definitely see myself coming back.

Heerlik gebly. Dit was net baie warm. Gelukkig het die dakwaaiers gehelp. Heerlik afgekoel in die swembad. Als was skoon en netjies.

Charming all round. We loved our stay at Vindoux. Accommodation was excellent and the staff are so friendly and helpful. You can pre-order braai meat, salads, cheese platters and even breakfast. It's well thought out and just a pleasure to stay there.

It was excellent. The cottage was really well stocked in terms of kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils, towels etc. The pool and surrounding area were stunning and well maintained. The breakfast on the deck was lovely. Very peaceful surroundings.

A truly memorable experience. ️️️️️. We stayed at Vindoux Guest Farm and Spa to celebrate our upcoming birthdays, and it was wonderful. From start to finish, everything was seamless — easy check-in/out, friendly and efficient staff, and a constant sense of safety and calm. Our tree house and all the facilities were tidy, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Thoughtful touches such as heart-shaped biscuits, a wide variety of coffee and teas, and fresh milk were ready for us in the room. We especially loved the interactive Tree House Guide — such a clever touch! It had everything we needed, from schedules and information to booking forms, making our stay effortless. The complimentary breakfast, delivered right to our room, was absolutely amazing — such a treat to enjoy while taking in our fantastic view over the springbok field. It was serene and peaceful, a truly unforgettable setting. We also made use of the restaurant recommendations and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at a local restaurant in Tulbagh — such a lovely experience that perfectly complemented our stay. We treated ourselves to a spa session on-site as well, which was fantastic — relaxing, professional, and exactly what we needed. A truly memorable experience that left us pampered, refreshed, and already excited to return!
