No frills, comfortable and conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood. No frills but comfortable and clean. Kettle could use an upgrade and suggest you take your own coffee. Internet was down so no TV, but clean and comfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the accommodation clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Regarding the kettle, we appreciate your suggestion and will look into upgrading it. As for the coffee, Jacobs is provided, though we understand guests may prefer to bring their own. With respect to the TV and internet, please note that we check streaming and connectivity before each guest’s arrival. Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have been happy to assist immediately. We have recently increased our solar capacity, which may have temporarily affected the system, but to date, we have not experienced failures with our internet service. We value your input and will continue working to ensure every guest has a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Adequate for an overnight stay but needs owners to inspect facilities. The arrival was disorganised as neither Michelle nor Shane were there to greet guests. Beauty, who did her best, was in a tizz. She said there was a note that we were still to pay, and another guest who booked via a generic term had the same experience. It was difficult organising proofs of payment and although we showed her P.O.Ps, she didn't have the mandate to accept them. It was all a bit chaotic. The room was tidy but not clean. The fridge water bottle and glasses were not clean with oily handprints on the glasses, and sediment in the water bottle. The bath mat was filthy. The bed was comfy and the room is well equipped. Just needs finessing. Signage indicating Willows Curve should be visible on their exterior wall. We rang the doorbell a few times and weren't sure if we were in the right spot. It took Beauty quite a while to come out to greet us. She was unprepared for our arrival. The garden was a bit bedraggled and the grass needed a mow.

I apologise for the disorganised arrival and the issues you encountered with cleanliness and communication. Unfortunately, one of our team members is currently in the UK and I had to step out for an emergency, which left another staff member managing on her own. She did her best under pressure, but I understand this caused frustration. We will be reviewing the facilities and addressing the points you raised — from signage and garden upkeep to room preparation and guest check-in procedures.
