Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3900 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially. Failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking. Tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. The amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the owner’s or management’s discretion.
Please note that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
