Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

Guests are required to provide full names, identification details, information regarding accompanying children, vehicle registration details, and estimated arrival times before check-in.
This information is treated confidentially and is required for security and access purposes.
Failure to provide the required information in advance may result in delays with check-in.
All properties are non-smoking.
The booking guest accepts responsibility for all minors and visitors.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen is included.
Additional cleaning services may be arranged on request with at least 24 hours’ notice.
A key and breakage deposit is required before check-in, in accordance with property policies.
The applicable deposit may vary depending on the property and is subject to management discretion.
Electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, allowing for reasonable daily consumption.
In the event of unusually high usage, additional measures may apply in accordance with property policies.
Late check-in between 21h00 and 00h00 is subject to an additional fee.
Arrivals after 00h00 are subject to a different additional fee and must be arranged in advance.
