"Fantastiese natuurskoon. Die botaniese tuin is ‘n moet, daar is maklike toegang (rolstoel vriendelik) met lieflike bankies sowel as verder staproetes. Die pikkewyne is ook ‘n heerlike besoek vir oud en jonk."

"Fantastiese mooi deel van die Wes-Kaap, die natuurskoon is uniek en die berge aan die een kant en see aan die ander kant maak dit net soveel mooier en spesiaal. Bettysbaai is nie oor-ontwikkeld soos baie ander kusdorpe nie en 'n mens ervaar 'n klein dorpie-atmosfeer wat besonders rustig is. Bonus: dis baie naby aan Kleinmond/Palmiet en Pringlebaai."

Die mere was 'n wonderlike ontdekking, die varswaterstrome wat in die see mond omring deur die grootste diversiteit van fynbos, plante en veldblommetjies langs die see het ons betower."
