"It was very wet when we arrived at Graaff-Reinet. The town seems to function well with a variety of businesses. We did come to the conclusion that it was best to drive to places withing the town rather than walk from a safety perspective - just one too many opportunists hanging around hoping for a handout. The town was neat and clean and generally created a good impression."
