THE FERN (studio apartment)
(Comfortably sleeps a maximum of 2 guests)

(This unit is 24sqm, and consists of a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, there is no lounge area)

1 QUEEN bed with percale linen
 en-suite bathroom with shower; soap and shower gel provided as well as towels (no beach towels provided)
Breakfast nook with chairs.
A nifty small kitchen with toaster, kettle, microwave, countertop oven/hob and bar fridge available with a full range of crockery, cutlery and glassware.
The apartment is not serviced during the stay but if you would like a Domestic to come in and clean, we can arrange that for R80.00 out of season and R100.00 in season an hour. Please also note that the Domestic will not do personal laundry. There is a list of numbers on the fridge where you will find the number for the Laundromat in Gonubie.
Complimentary tea/coffee provided.
TV with Netflix and WIFI (No DSTV).
Blue Room is 24 sq meters inside
There is secure parking for 1 vehicle if you bring another vehicle (or boat, trailer etc) then we cannot guarantee secure parking for both, we will try to accommodate you but cannot guarantee it.
We have a pool, which you are welcome to use as well as a trampoline, jungle-gym, and sandpit for children
Also, we are only 500 meters from the sea, shops and restaurants

Cider Place is a comfortable unit with one large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and 2 three quarter beds and en-suite shower. Please note there is only one bathroom that is accessed through the main bedroom (shower, toilet, and basin)
The separate open plan kitchen/lounge area has a day bed for extra accommodation (can be made into 2 single beds, linen supplied)
The lounge is cosy with ample seating, Netflix (No DSTV) the kitchen is self-catering with breakfast nook and is fully equipped with a full range of crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Microwave, countertop oven/hob with a standard fridge/freezer is available.
Cider Place is 53 sq. meters inside. All percale linen and towels (except beach towels) supplied as well as a complimentary tea/coffee tray.
Outside you have your own private entrance with secure parking for 1 vehicle. If you bring another vehicle (or boat, trailer etc) then we cannot guarantee secure parking for both, we will try to accommodate you but cannot guarantee it. A large, covered entertainment area with seating and weber braai/barbeque.
We have a pool, which you are welcome to use as well as a trampoline, jungle-gym and black bikes,

This cute cottage style unit has one bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower.
Please note there is one bathroom that is accessed through the main bedroom (shower, toilet, and basin)

In the separate open plan kitchen/lounge area there is a day bed for extra accommodation (can also be made up into 2 single beds, linen supplied)
The kitchen is fully self-catering with breakfast nook and is equipped with a full range of crockery, cutlery, and glassware as well as countertop oven/hob and standard fridge freezer
The cosy lounge area has a desk and equipped with DSTV (Hotel Package), Mnet and Super sport.

Rose Cottage is 34 sq. meters inside. All percale linen and towels (except beach towels) supplied as well as a complimentary tea/coffee tray.
Outside, in front of the unit, you have a small, enclosed rose garden (with gate), covered deck and braai/barbeque facilities.
Secure parking for 1 vehicle, if you bring another vehicle (or boat, trailer etc) then we cannot guarantee secure parking for both, we will try to accommodate you but cannot guarantee it.

We have a pool, which you are welcome to use as well as a trampoline, jungle-gym, swing and black bikes for the children.
