Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that guests may not check in on 25 and 26 December or 1 January.
The apartment makes use of prepaid electricity. Guests are responsible for their own electricity usage during their stay. A credit of R330 worth of electricity will be loaded before guests’ arrival. Guests must purchase additional electricity during their stay if needed.
Guests will receive a Guest Registration Form, Terms and Conditions, and an Indemnity Form to complete and sign before arrival.
No more than 6 guests may stay overnight in the apartment at any given time.
No pets are allowed.
No parties are permitted in the apartment.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Guests may not use the bath towels as swimming towels.
All windows and doors must be closed when guests are not in the apartment. Strand is known for sudden, strong winds that can cause damage.
No noise or loud music is allowed.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
Guests may not enter the lift with wet feet.
No laundry or towels may be hung over the balcony railing.
Please do not throw food, cigarettes, or any items over the balcony railing.
No pets are allowed.
No parties are permitted.
Smoking is prohibited.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian while using the play area and swimming pool.
