Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No more than 10 guests may sleep in the house.
The lessee must not disturb or be a nuisance to neighbouring properties.
All rules of the Riparian/Canal Homeowners Association (HOA) must be adhered to.
No staff of the lessee may sleep on the premises.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house; if guests wish to smoke, this must be done outside.
No pets are allowed without the written permission of the lessor.
Please ensure that wooden floors are kept dry at all times.
No wet feet or beach sand are allowed inside the house; guests are requested to dry themselves thoroughly after swimming.
The property may not be used as a venue for functions or parties without the lessor’s written permission.
Guests are not permitted to sleep overnight on lounge suites or use the cushions as bedding.
Guests must bring their own swimming towels.
There are three kayaks available for guest use at no additional cost.

Extras:
The cleaning fee covers a pre- and post-stay clean of the house and linen. Any additional cleaning required, for example due to food or beverage spills, stains on floors or furniture, or suntan lotion marks on furniture, will be charged as an extra.
To maintain the high standard of cleanliness, it is our policy that the house is serviced by a housekeeper at an additional daily fee.
The housekeeper works from 08:00 to 15:00, Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays, the same rates apply, but the housekeeper works until 13:00.
Housekeepers are not permitted to iron clothing. Guests must pay the housekeeper directly.
There is an additional charge per hour for use of the tumble dryer.
Gas for the fireplace is available at an extra cost and must be ordered prior to arrival.
