House Rules
Guests should please bring their swimming towels.
Please note that due to the required preparation time, the jacuzzi is not available for same-day bookings after noon. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions regarding the usage of the Jacuzzi.
Use of the Jacuzzi is an additional cost
The Jacuzzi should be used in 30-minute intervals. The pump is sensitive and may burn out if operated for longer than 30 minutes at a time. Any damage to the pump caused by exceeding this limit will be the responsibility of the guest.
No soap, bubble bath, or other additives are allowed in the Jacuzzi water. Such products can damage the jets and filtration system, and any resulting repairs will be for the guest’s account.
The heat pump operates on a timer and will automatically switch off at 21:00.
We kindly ask that all guests adhere to these guidelines to ensure safe and proper use of the facilities.
Third-party bookings are welcome, provided that prior arrangements are made with the host. Identification such as an ID or passport, will be requested upon arrival.
Final payment must be made 7 days prior to check-in during standard season and 30 days prior to check-in during high season.
