House Rules
Aircons should only be used when guests are in the apartment. Please ensure it's off when you leave.
No smoking in the apartment (including the balcony) and inside the complex, as per the Body Corporate rules.
Quiet times between 21h00 and 7h00 and no parties or events are allowed.
The rubbish bin will be emptied when you leave. If you want to do it yourself during your stay, please dispose of rubbish in the communal garbage area, for which a key is provided.
Pets cannot be accommodated as per the body corporate rules.
