Check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Guests are requested to provide their expected arrival time in advance.
Quiet hours are observed from 20:00 to 07:00, and guests are asked to be mindful of noise during these times.
The property is shared with large indoor dogs and chickens. Occasional natural or environmental noise may be heard. Guests should be comfortable with this before booking.
The kitchen is a shared space suitable for light cooking, boiling, or reheating. Dishes should be washed and stored after use. Meals are to be enjoyed in the kitchen or dining area.
Food is not permitted in bedrooms, which should be kept tidy. Extra bedding is available on request. Weekly or bi-weekly cleaning can be arranged for longer stays.
The bathroom is fitted with a fully functional shower. Guests are asked to be considerate with water usage.
Shared areas should be left neat and respected.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. Doors should be kept locked for safety.
Photography or filming in shared areas is not permitted without prior approval.
