Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

In accordance with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests are required to complete registration before arrival. Guest verification is mandatory to confirm any booking. Guests must provide full names, contact details, clear copies of identification documents or passports, vehicle registration details (where applicable), and an estimated time of arrival.

This information is collected solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Failure to submit the required details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.

All properties are strictly non-smoking. The primary guest accepts full responsibility and liability for any minors and visitors accompanying them.

Pets, parties, and events are not permitted under any circumstances.

For stays of eight (8) nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.

A standard key and breakage deposit are required before check-in. The amount is determined by the standard of the property and may be amended at the discretion of the owner or management.

To ensure a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In cases of unusually high usage, additional charges may apply.

A late check-in fee applies to arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00 and is payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. Additional charges will apply for arrivals after 00:00.
