Breakage Deposit

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm a booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration details (if applicable), and an estimated arrival time.

This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.

All properties are strictly non-smoking. The primary guest accepts full responsibility and liability for all minors and visitors associated with the booking. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of eight (8) nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.

A refundable key and breakage deposit is required prior to check-in. The amount will vary depending on the standard of the property and is applied at the discretion of the owner or management.

To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, allowing for a reasonable daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, additional charges may apply.
