Such work may cause noise at times, but it is necessary to maintain the standards, safety, and upkeep of the building. These decisions are made by the body corporate and are therefore beyond the control of the property owner or agent.
This property is not suitable for parties, events, functions, or matric students.
Only one vehicle is allowed on the premises. Pets are not permitted.
Guests are kindly requested to keep music and noise to a minimum.
