Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R600 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests should please note that the friendly hostess also resides on the premises behind BoHo and will be there to welcome and receive them.

While guests are encouraged to enjoy themselves and have a pleasant experience, they are kindly requested to be considerate of the neighbors when socializing and to keep noise levels at an acceptable level, while also adhering to municipal bylaws regarding quiet hours.

Large groups of visitors will unfortunately not be allowed.

Pets are welcome if arranged in advance, and guests must ensure they clean up after their pets. BoHo is more suitable for small to medium-sized pets, as the small enclosed outdoor area has a gate that is only knee-height, and the front braai area is not fully enclosed. It should also be noted that BoHo is not intended to serve as a "kennel," and pets may not be left alone for extended periods while guests explore the area.

Pets are not allowed on the furniture. The breakage deposit will be used if additional cleaning is required due to dog hair or if any damage to furniture or linen is found.

Guests are advised to bring their own firewood, though a grill and tripod stand are provided.

The house is not equipped for power outages. However, essential emergency lights are available, and guests should bring additional lighting if needed. A gas stove is available for boiling water.
