Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and verification, a valid ID or passport is required at check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants are fully responsible for the conduct of minors and any visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, is provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount is determined by the quality of the property and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy to ensure a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests. In the unlikely event of unusually high consumption, a reimbursement may be requested.
Please note that the apartment is on the third floor with access via stairs only; there is no elevator. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in this unit.
