House Rules

A calm and tranquil environment is maintained for the benefit of all guests and neighbours. Privacy and quiet enjoyment are to be respected at all times.
No loud music or excessive noise is permitted at any time.
Quiet hours are strictly observed between 22:00 and 08:00.
As this is a self-catering unit, guests are responsible for maintaining general cleanliness during their stay.
All crockery and cutlery are to be washed after use.
Refuse is to be disposed of in the bins provided.
The unit is to be left in a neat condition upon departure.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and vaping devices.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Ashtrays provided are to be used, and cigarette ends may not be discarded on the property or in the garden.
Only the number of guests booked and paid for may occupy the premises.
Unauthorised overnight visitors are not permitted without prior arrangement with management.
Parties or social gatherings are not allowed.
Any damages or faults are to be reported immediately so that they may be addressed.
Significant breakages or loss of property (including towels and linen) will be deducted from the deposit.
Furniture may not be moved from its original position.
Water and electricity are to be used sparingly. All lights and air-conditioning/heating units (where applicable) are to be switched off when leaving the unit.
All windows and doors are to be secured when leaving the unit or retiring for the evening.
All facilities are used at guests’ own risk.
