Absolute gem in St Helena Bay. We stayed at both Crooked Cabin and Snuggle Inn. New owners have just taken over and although there are a few small maintenance issues they are attending to, it is absolutely a beautiful stay with friendly, helpful owners. The location is beautiful, the bedding was superb. Absolutely no complaints. Good luck with your new venture. I am looking forward to our future stay.

Great value with a family-friendly atmosphere and stunning ocean view! Our stay at the Crooked Cabin was fantastic and truly worth the price. The open-plan design created a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The hosts were wonderful, always available to answer questions while giving us our space. You get exactly what you pay for, along with extra features that typically come at a higher cost. Some reviews seem to expect a five-star resort experience, but you need to pay the five-star rate for that. This cabin is perfect for families, offering stunning ocean and harbour views both day and night. We will definitely return!

Worse place I've stayed at by far. This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. The place was sold and this was the last booking with the old owners. They came around a few times to check up on their place. The stove was old, rusted and dirty; no way one could make your family a meal on a stove that disgusting. In the bathrooms, the towel holder is broken, the basin is loose so it moves around when brushing your teeth, the shower hose is broken, and hardly any water comes out. The walls are cracked, and the bedside tables are absolutely disgusting. This place is extremely old and the only attractions are the view, the pool and jacuzzi. This place needs an upgrade.

Hi Natalie... As the new owners, we invite you to please come visit us again as all the very needed maintenance and renovations have taken place after the years of neglect from the previous owners. The bathrooms and kitchens have been upgraded, as well as other issues that were mentioned. Heerlik gekuier. Ons het in Snugglenin gebly. Crooked cabin lyk van 'n afstand soos 'n pandoek en ek sal dit nie aanbeveel nie. Die swembad en jacuzzi was heerlik en al die geriewe beskikbaar. Daar was geen geriewe vir beurtkrag in die huis nie.
