House Rules
Smoking or vaping inside the suite or near open doors and windows is not permitted.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No visitors or additional overnight guests are permitted.
No parties or events are allowed. Guests are asked to respect the quiet residential environment.
Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00.
The suite and its contents must be treated with care and left tidy on departure.
Lights, appliances, and air conditioning must be switched off when leaving the unit.
The suite door and security gate must be locked when guests leave the premises or retire for the night.
Furniture may not be moved, and no items may be removed from the suite.
Any damages or maintenance issues must be reported immediately.
Parking is available on the premises behind a manually operated gate secured with a padlock.
The driveway accommodates larger vehicles, although access may be limited for guests unfamiliar with tighter spaces.
Pets are not allowed. There is one dog and three cats on the property; they are friendly and may occasionally greet guests.
Guests are responsible for lost keys or any damage during their stay.
Breakfast is available on request and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.
Temporary water interruptions may occur due to maintenance. Water will be provided for essential use during such periods.
