Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Cleaning services are provided free of charge, except on Sundays.
The property is situated within an estate and is therefore subject to the estate’s rules and regulations.
No excessive noise is permitted in the house. Guests are not allowed to bring speakers for use outside the house, as there is no designated picnic area.
Birthday celebrations and other gatherings are permitted; however, noise levels must be strictly controlled. No noise is allowed after 22:00.
Guests may be fined for failure to comply with the rules.
A refundable breakage deposit will be required prior to check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout, provided that no damages are identified.
