Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

Due to recent heavy rains and flooding, some outdoor facilities may be temporarily unavailable. Please contact Reception for updates.
Late arrivals, Sundays, and public holidays should be arranged in advance. Sunday check-in is available after 17:00.
All guests must present valid identification and a booking confirmation at check-in. Units may be reallocated to the same size category if necessary.
A conservation fee is charged per vehicle on arrival.
The use of braais is restricted to units where the facility is provided.
Day visitors are allowed only with 24-hour prior notice and may not exceed the unit’s maximum sleeper capacity.
Backup power during loadshedding is provided via generators on defined timeslots. Contact Reception for details.
Cots are available on request, subject to availability.
Units in the Studio layout may have single beds or sleeper couches; arrangements vary per unit. Contact Reception for details.
Air-conditioning is available by prior arrangement and can be activated at Reception.
Maximum occupancy per unit must be respected. Exceeding capacity may result in being asked to vacate.
Guests must respect other guests by avoiding noise or disturbances, especially after 22:00.
Splitting bookings or subletting units without management approval is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed, except certified support animals.
Smoking is prohibited in units, patios, and other resort buildings.
Free Wi-Fi is available at designated hotspots; contact Reception for login details.
Scheduled unit refurbishments may cause noise on specific dates; contact Reception for details.
During student week, guests under 25 must be accompanied by someone over 25.
Amenities and facilities are subject to change depending on maintenance schedules and availability. Optional services may be arranged by prior agreement.
