Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The unit is strictly non-smoking, and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the
forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets, and furniture.
Should we find that more guests are staying in the unit than what we quoted on, or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity, your deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are not allowed.
Complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are provided, but because this unit is self-catering, this must be replenished at your own cost.
Please also remember to bring dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 08:30 to 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner.
Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak
seasons.
