Rates advertised include free WiFi & parking, ample tea, coffee, milk and distilled water in the room/fridge, linen, towels & toiletries.
Dinners are to be booked in advance and paid in cash/card. Ample tea, coffee & juice are available at dinner and included.
One complimentary glass of good wine will be served with all dinners at no cost.
Breakfast is included in advertised rates, and additional guest breakfasts are available at an additional cost. All breakfasts include coffee, tea, juice, cereal, yoghurt etc.
All Transport/shuttle services are to be paid in cash.
Car wash services are available.
Laundry services are available at reasonable rates.
All rates quoted include V.A.T.
An additional adult must pay an additional cost. Please inquire with the host priorly.
No loud music/noise is allowed, and no liquor on the premises is allowed without the owner's consent.
